And having entered he passed through Jericho
2 and behold a man by name being called Zacchaeus, and he was a chief
tax-collector, and he was rich: 3 and he sought to see Jesus who is was
and was not able from the crowd, because in stature little he was. 4 And
having run forward to the front he went up onto a sycamore tree, that he
might see him, because that way he was about to pass along. 5 and as he
came upon the place, looking up Jesus said to him: Zacchaeus,

haste come down; for today in the house of thee it behoves me to remain. 6
and making haste he came down and welcomed him rejoicing. 7 and seeing all
murmured saying What a sinful man he entered to lodge. 8 And standing
Zacchaeus said to the Lord; Behold the half of me of the possessions Lord
to the poor I give, and if anyone anything I accused falsely, I restore
fourfold. 9 and said to him Jesus Today salvation house to this came
because even he a son of Abraham is 10 for came the Son of man to seek and
to save the thing having been lost.
