21:23
and coming him into the temple approached to him teaching the chief priest
said the elders of the people saying: By what authority these things doest
thou? and who thee gave authority this? 24 and answering Jesus said to them: will question you I also word one which if
ye tell me, I also you will tell by what authority these things I do: 25
The baptism of John whence was it? from heaven or from men? And they reasoned
among themselves saying: If we say: From heaven, he will say to us: Why
then believed ye not him? 26 But if we say: From men, we fear the crowd;
for all as a prophet have John 27 and answering Jesus they said: We do not
know, said to them also He: Neither I tell you by what authority these
things I do. 28 But what to you seems it? A man had children two:
approaching to the first he said: Child, go to-day work in the vineyard. 29
But he answering said: I go Lord and went not. 30
and approaching to the second he said similarly. and he answering said: I
will not, later repenting he went. 31 which of the two did the will of the
father? They say: The latter. Says
to them Jesus: Truly I tell you the Tax-collectors and the harlets are
going before you into the kingdom
of God. 32 For came
John to you in a way of righteousness and ye believed not him: but the
tax-collectors and the harlets believed him; but ye seeing not repented
later to believe him

another parable hear ye. A man there was a housemaster who planted a
vineyard and a hedge it put round and dug in it a winepress and built a
tower and let it to husbandmen,
|
and
departed.34 and when drew near the time of the fruits, he sent the slaves of
him to the husbandmen to receive the fruits of it. 35 and taking the
husbandmen the slaves of him this one they flogged that one they killed,
another they stoned. 36 Again he sent other slaves more than the first ones
and they did to them similarly. 37 But later he sent to them the son of him
saying: They will reverence the son of me. 38 But the husbandmen seeing the
son said among themselves: This is the heir; come let us kill him and let
us possess the inheritance of him; 39 and taking him they cast out outside
the vineyard and killed. 40 when therefore comes the lord of the vineyard,
what will he do husbandmen to those? 41 They say to him: Bad men badly he
will destroy them, and the vineyard he will give out to other husbandmen,
who will render to him the fruits in the seasons of them. 42 Says to them Jesus: Did ye never
read in the Scriptures: A stone which rejected the building ones this
became head of the corner; from the Lord became this, and it is marvellous
in the eyes of us? 43 therefore I tell you, will be taken from you the
kingdom of God and will be given to a nation producing the fruits of it. 44
And the one falling on stone this will be broken in pieces; but on whomever
it falls it will crush to powder him. 45 And hearing the chief priests and
the Pharisees the parables of him they knew that concerning them he tells;
46 and seeking him to seize they
feared the crowds, since for a prophet him they had.
