being with you, that it behoves to be fulfilled all the things having been written in the law of Moses and the prophets and psalms concerning me. 45 Then he opened up of them the mind to understand the Scriptures. 46 and said to them. Thus it has been written to suffer the Christ and to rise again out of the dead and on the third day. 47 and to be proclaimed on in the name of him repentance unto forgiveness of sins to all the nations - beginning from Jerusalem. 48 Ye are witnesses of these things. 49 And behold I send forth the promise of the Father of me on you; but ye sit in the city until ye are clothed with out of height power. 50 and he led them until toward Bethany, and lifting u the hands of him he blessed them. 51 And it came to pass in the to bless him them he withdrew from the. 52 And they returned to Jerusalem with joy great; 53 and were continually in the temple blessing God
